- born 1988
- born in Szczecin
- lives and works in Warsaw
- specializes in concept art and digital graphics
“I try to think of every new picture as an opportunity to fix what I ruined in the previous one and… not to ruin the next one!”
Creating works of concept graphics is for him an encounter of two favourite worlds – animation and painting. That is why he concentrates mostly on stylization, light and colour and also on atmospheric aura of the whole thing. He is closer to nature’s lightness than epic or dramatic narrative tones. He creates almost exclusively by use of Photoshop, although sometimes he sketches on paper. After some years of exclusive work for studios making games and animations he is focused now on his own projects’ creation. He spontaneously experiences the reality, which is his main source of incentives and creative ideas provoking him with colour combinations, shapes, proportions or solutions. Works of other artists happen to inspire him.
He graduated from Philosophy Department of University of Szczecin. He is also a graduate of 3D Animation and Special Effects Academy – Drimagine. He worked with animated series in 3D, “Kacperiada” and took part in concept works for animated series “Flying Bear and the Gang”. Currently he creates characters concepts and location for a full-length 3D film “Podróż smokiem Diplodokiem”. He has an impressive portfolio of various cooperation including: 11 bit studios, Flying Wild Hog, Juice, Platige Image, BadiBadi or Human Ark.
