“I prefer Science Fiction themes. Most of my pictures are not suitable for hanging on a wall since I usually use film language and concentrate on telling a story. I leave more profound feelings and artistic manifest to others. However, atmosphere and light are important elements of my works. I never leave these aspects to chance”.
He operates well both in realistic style and stylizations. His artistic taste was shaped by Sci-Fi movies from the 80s of XX century. As a teenager he used to watch them from analogue, poor-quality VHS tapes. He paints all his works manually in Photoshop. He uses photography only as reference material. Presently he directs all his efforts to perfect methods of efficient storytelling. In future he wants to create not only concepts but also stories complete with every aspect ready to be filmed. Creation of new worlds with their rules brings him much joy.
He finished Management with computer science specialisation at Informatics and Econometrics Faculty of University in Gdańsk. He made great contribution in the following projects: “Smallfoot”, “Klaus” or in many concepts of original animated movies by The SPA Studios. His works were presented in many popular publications on digital arts including Exposé and Exotique.
