He is a graduate of Academy of Fine Arts in Gdańsk on Painting and Graphics Department in the studio of Prof. Tomasz Bogusławski. He specializes in workshop graphics. In 1999 he won a stipend of Ministry of Culture and Arts. He concentrates on press, book and advert illustration and on poster. He does not avoid comics and painting. Since 2007 he lives in Turkey where he lectures on graphic design and illustration at Bilkent University in Ankara.
He published in many periodicals including “Charaktery”, “Pani”, “Przekrój”, “National Geographic Traveler”, “Sukces”, “Media & Marketing Polska”, “Miś” and “Nasze Morze”. He took part in numerous exhibitions – individual and collective – home and abroad. He is a winner of many awards including gold medal at the international cartoon competition Satyrykon 2006 and also an award winner in VIII Halina Skrobiszewska Children Literature Competition for illustrations for Dorota Gellner’s book, “Sanatorium”.
