“The most exciting part of every creation is the beginning. From reading of a brief, talks with the team to first attempts to grasp the subject. At the beginning everything is still fluid thus more attractive and interesting”.

Radziej takes care of details, especially in places which attract a viewer’s attention most. In her works “foggy” brush strokes draw most of it. She relies on soft forms and vivid colour accents combined with dark, grim hues. The basic tool of the artist is Photoshop. She often uses photo realistic textures. She also uses 3D-Coat or ZBrush software. Although she is a concept artist, she likes to get back to traditional graphics and drawing in sketchbooks. She has been fascinated with manga and woodcuts of great workshop artists old masters of painting and contemporary architects also influence her activities.

Radziej took her first steps in computer games in Artifex Mundi. Currently she works as a concept artist for Flying Wild Hog studio. She made for them visualisations of stylized Japanese worlds and female characters concepts for a computer game, “Shadow Warrior II”.
