After graduation, she started further artistic studies in Escola Superior de Artes e Design de Matosinhos and Faculdade de Belas Artes da Universidade do Porto in Potugal. In 2011–2013, she was an assistant teacher in the Studio of Spatial Graphics Design and Poster of Professor Sławomir Iwański at her home academy.

She has presented her works in several individual exhibitions, e.g. in Bydgoszcz, Kielce, Łódź, Poznań, and Wrocław and in many group exhibitions held e.g. in China, Japan, France, Sweden, the United Kingdom, Germany, Iran, India, Macedonia, Thailand, South Korea, Portugal, Brazil, Belgium, Bolivia, Russia, the United States, the Czech Republic, Estonia, Italy, Slovakia, Hungary and Cuba.

The most important prizes and distinctions: two golden awards at the competition of the Advertising Artists’ Club – 2012 and 2014; three recognitions of the prestigious “American Illustration” yearly – 2013, 2015, and 2016; the silver medal of Society of Illustrators NYC, 2017.

Ola Niepsuj has large reserves of energy and sense of humour. She creates funny, grotesque and perverse visual concepts which comment on everyday reality. Her characteristic perception of the world, which turns it upside down, is rooted in the tradition of anti-establishment Dadaism art. Light and sketch-like manner of building forms, which seems to be done by hand, as well as reaching to artistic systems of physical Cubism, anti-mimetic Surrealism, and street art form a recognisable code of her artistic expression. When choosing her techniques, she skilfully combines purely manual operations, i.e. pencil drawing, ink drawing and painting, with operations using digital drawing, which are mixed with each other with charm typical for Ola Niepsuj.
